Terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to OXIQ CRM by customer organisations and their authorised users. An organisation’s signed order, contract or data-processing agreement prevails if it conflicts with these general terms.
1. Authorised use
Users must access OXIQ only through an account issued or approved by their organisation, keep credentials secure and follow their organisation’s instructions. Accounts may not be shared, resold, reverse engineered, used unlawfully or used to interfere with the service.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customer organisations control their workspace, users, permissions, connected services and CRM content. They are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of submitted data, appropriate notices and consents, and reviewing AI-assisted drafts or recommendations before taking action.
3. Service operation
We aim to provide a secure and reliable service, but maintenance, third-party dependencies and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Features may evolve, provided changes do not materially reduce contracted core functionality without appropriate notice.
4. AI-assisted features
AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are decision support, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Users must review evidence and approve consequential actions. OXIQ does not permit an AI feature to bypass workspace permissions.
5. Intellectual property
Customers retain rights in their content. Oxford Intelligence Limited and its licensors retain rights in OXIQ, its software, design, documentation and service technology. The customer grants the limited rights needed to host and process its content to deliver the service.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to protect security, prevent unlawful use or address a material breach. On termination, data handling follows the applicable agreement, retention policy and legal requirements. Individual users may request account deletion through the governed process.
7. Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable customer agreement and mandatory law. OXIQ is not a substitute for professional judgement, and customers remain responsible for commercial decisions and external communications made using the service.
8. Contact
